Safe Sport Training

Effective September 2022, All PEISAA Coaches MUST have the following course:

The NCCP Safe Sport Training ELearning is on line at https://safesport.coach.ca/participants-training 

Creating a culture where everyone can thrive is a shared responsibility. Safe Sport Training was developed to help anyone involved in sport — whether you have direct contact with athletes or work in the background — to promote physical, psychological, and social health, in line with the Universal Code of Conduct to Prevent and Address Maltreatment in Sport. 
  
To begin, you will require an NCCP Coaching Certification Number (CC#). If you have never taken an NCCP course and need a CC#, please register with The Locker https://thelocker.coach.ca/account/login?ReturnUrl=%2fhome
 
You should expect to spend 60-75 minutes completing this module. It is not required to be finished in one sitting.  You may come back to it and resume where you left off.
