2025 PEISAA Wrestling Provincials Coming Up

Doors open at 9:00am for warm up
10:00am Novice
11:00am Novice continues, Bantam, Intermediate & Senior Championships begin
12:30pm (*tentative) - lunch break & Novice awards
1:00 (*tentative) - Bantam - Senior continues
Admission
$5 for adults, $2 for students, free for children under 10

Age classifications for PEISAA  Wrestling are as follows
Novice         Grade 5/6 students                       Bantam       Grade 7/8 students
Intermediate   Grade 9/10 students                 Senior         Grade 11/12 students
Wrestlers who have matches must compete in the zone qualifier.  If there is no one in their weight class, they do not need to attend (must be weighed in and registered in advance).
Novice & Bantam:  Top 3 athletes / weight class qualifying at zone competition move on to PEISAA Championships.  Grade 3 & 4 (pre-novice) wrestlers are not eligible to compete at the PEISAA Provincial Championships.
Intermediate: Top 4 athletes / weight class qualifying at zone competition move on to PEISAA Provincial Championships.
All Senior wrestlers qualify to PEISAA Provincial Championships.

Spectators will be asked to pay admission and will watch from the bleachers.  No spectators on gym floor / wrestling mats.  

No Food or Drink in the GYMNASIUM (except water) FOR ALL SPECTATORS AND COMPETITORS.
