In another exciting final, Three Oaks scored a penalty kick on the final play of the game to break the tie and defeat Bluefield 20-17 and claim the 2019 PEISAA AAA Men's Rugby championship played at UPEI. Colonel Gray defeated Rural to take the Bronze.
