Montague controlled the game for a majority of the contest. After a run at the end of the second quarter that drew the team's even, Montague shook it off and never looked back. They used their speed to get out on the fast break and they were too much for the TOSH #2 defence. Hunter Wight led the way for Montague with 26 points, consistently getting to the foul line. Alec McDougall was on fire, with 25 points in three quarters. Sawyer Acorn tallied 13 points to go along with a ton of rebounds and five massive blocks. Cameron Wall scored 22 for TOSH and was all over the court all game. Matthew Enman splashed 5 threes and shifted the defence all game. Tyler MacDonald scored 10 points off a variety of drives to the basket.

For the 3rd time this season in the Rural 2 vs. Souris battle the game yet again came down to the last 30 seconds of play and 3 points. The 3rd match was the charm for Rural as they prevailed 57-54. Souris had a short bench with top scorer Isaac Chaisson absent but they put forward an early push leading 32-25 at the half. Rural used their speed and depth to impede Souris' ability to move the ball. Rural's Rhys Storr's quick hands created some major turnovers allowing them to take the lead in the final seconds. Top scorers for Souris were Matthew Antle 17, Jacob Outhouse 15. Rural's Sam Crockett shot well from the 3 pt line to mark 17 while Tyson Monaghan had 11 Montague and Rural #2 advance to “AA” while TOSH#2 and Souris will play “A” MEN “A” ¼ FINAL:

Colonel Gray #2 played a great game against Tosh#3. The game was close in the first quarter with Colonel Gray starting to pulling away in the 2nd quarter led by David Elsinga's 15 point first half effort. Colonel Gray came out in the 2nd half and with a great team effort pushed the lead to 20 points going into the fourth quarter. Tosh #3 made one last hard push bringing the game to within 12 points but a couple key baskets from Jaron Rashed Gray pushed the lead back to 20. David Elsigna led the way with a game high 27 points followed by Caleb Briggs 10 points , Christian Allen 9 points and Seth Doyle with 8 points. Kolby Waugh and Ryan Campbell led Tosh #3 with 10 points apiece.

A strong and steady start for the Raiders, leading at the half 32-14. Despite the deficit, Westisle came out strong in the third quarter outscoring Rural. The fourth quarter, action packed, was back and forth on the score board. A whistle-filled third quarter forced both teams to tame their aggressive defences and after an intense fourth, Rural heads to semi-finals with a fivepoint win over Westisle, 45-40. Top Scorers include: Casey Currie (Rural), Hannah MacKinnon (West Isle) and Kate MacIntosh (Rural Grace Christian and Rural #2 advance to “AA” while Bluefield #2 and Westisle will play “A” WOMEN
“A” ¼ FINAL: #14 Souris 29 at #11 Morell 48
Morell faced Souris for the fourth time with a 1 and 2 record. The fourth encounter proved to be the strongest for Morell where they jumped to a 6 point lead in the first quarter, maintained the six-point lead at the half with a score of 23 to 17, increased their lead to 19 points by the end of the third quarter to finish the game with a score of 48 to 29. Morell’s strong defense and rebounding kept Souris baskets to a minimum and quick hands on defense caused turnovers which created scoring opportunities on which Morell capitalized. Kayley Stewart was the leading scorer for Morell with 17 points followed by Bailey MacLean
with 10 points and Bailey Hendricken with 7 points. Souris’ efforts were led by Erin Robertson with 8 points followed by Sinead O’Neill with 7 points and Chloe Lebrech with 6 points.
