Educational Value of School Athletics . . . The PEISAA shall foster, facilitate and govern its activities such that the Department of Education, Early Learning and Culture, the Provincial School Boards, and other groups value these activities as educational and recreational endeavours, beneficial to school youth and worthy of active encouragement and support.
