PEI Rugby Union is excited to be hosting a T1 Rugby Coach Workshop this Saturday. This a great opportunity for coaches to learn more about T1.
T1 Rugby is the world's first non-contact sport reflecting the unique characteristics of rugby, including scrums, lineouts and breakdowns.
